Covenant Construction (“Covenant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, project inquiries, RFP submissions, subcontractor portals, client portals, and any other digital or written correspondence with Covenant Construction. It does not apply to third party websites or services that may link to our site.

Information you provide

  • Name, company, job title, email address, and phone number submitted through contact forms or project inquiries.
  • Project details, scope summaries, drawings, specifications, and schedules shared during bid and pre-construction processes.
  • Payment and vendor information provided by subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants engaged on a project.
  • Any other information you voluntarily submit by email, phone, or during on-site meetings.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, and referring URLs.
  • Usage information such as pages viewed, time on site, and interactions with content.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 05.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to project inquiries, prepare estimates, and manage active engagements.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants during design and construction.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve covenant-cg.com and our digital tools.
  • Comply with legal, tax, licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements.
  • Send service updates, project communications, and, where permitted, relevant news about Covenant.

We do not sell personal information.

  • Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, accounting, legal, and insurance providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and regulatory — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Covenant, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transitions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@covenant-cg.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
